We primarily accept reservations. Walk-ins will be accommodated only when seats are available.
Please inform us upon booking. We will do our best to accommodate, though adjustments may be limited due to the nature of omakase.
SABI Sky Omakase operates in two dinner slots:
18:00 – 20:00
20:00 – 22:00
Guests may arrive from 17:30 to enjoy the sunset.
After 22 Lounge: 22:00 – 02:00
Yes.
Dinner: 50% of the chosen set menu.
Private Room & Events: deposits follow event policies.
Bookings are only confirmed after the deposit is received.
Cancel or reschedule ≥ 24h in advance: deposit kept and 1 free reschedule within 3 months.
Cancel < 24h or no-show: deposit is forfeited.
Late arrival: table is held for 15 minutes; late arrivals may shorten the experience.
Yes, 1 bottle per 4 guests, with corkage:
1,000,000 VND per wine/sake bottle
2,000,000 VND per spirit bottle
Includes glassware, temperature service, and presentation.
Please notify us in advance for proper coordination with the chef’s menu.
From 22:00 – 02:00, SABI transforms into an intimate lounge offering curated cocktails, bottle service, and a refined late-night atmosphere.
Both reservations and walk-ins are accepted (FCFS).
Maximum 18 guests per slot:
12 counter seats
6 seats in the Private Room
